WA Chem 隐私政策
概述
WA Chem 是一款化学结构绘制、识别和文件管理工具。WA Chem 开发者不通过本应用收集、出售或用于跟踪、广告、营销及分析的个人数据。
设备内数据与图像识别
用户创建或导入的化学结构、文档、图片及本地资产默认保存在用户设备上。Apple 版的图像识别模型在设备本地运行；用于识别的图片不会由 WA Chem 上传到开发者服务器。
可选的 iCloud 同步
用户可以选择通过自己的 Apple iCloud 账户同步本地资产和 WA-DD 连接信息。此功能由 Apple 提供并受 Apple 的隐私政策约束。WA Chem 开发者不能通过该功能查看用户 iCloud 中的内容。
可选的 WA-DD 连接
用户可以主动输入服务器地址和账户信息，连接自己选择的 WA-DD 服务器。启用后，本应用会直接与该服务器交换登录请求、项目、资产和分子结构数据，以完成用户发起的读取或写入操作。密码不会由 WA Chem 开发者接收或保存；服务器返回的登录凭据保存在用户设备的系统钥匙串中。连接服务器后的数据处理同时受该服务器运营方的隐私政策和安全措施约束。
分析、广告与第三方 SDK
Apple 版不包含第三方分析、广告或跨应用跟踪 SDK，不访问广告标识符，也不建立用户行为画像。Apple 可能依照其自身政策处理 App Store、设备诊断或 iCloud 服务数据，此类处理由 Apple 负责。
数据控制与删除
用户可以在应用内移除 WA-DD 连接，也可以删除本地文档和资产。卸载应用会移除其本地容器中的数据；已同步到 iCloud 的文件可由用户通过 iCloud Drive 或 Apple 账户设置管理和删除。WA-DD 服务器中保存的数据应在对应服务器中管理。
儿童隐私
WA Chem 不以儿童为目标，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
如果应用的数据处理方式发生实质变化，本页面和 App Store 隐私声明将同步更新，并标明新的生效日期。

WA Chem Privacy Policy
Overview
WA Chem is a tool for drawing and recognizing chemical structures and managing related files. The WA Chem developer does not collect or sell personal data through the app, or use such data for tracking, advertising, marketing, or analytics.
On-device data and image recognition
Chemical structures, documents, images, and local assets created or imported by the user are stored on the user’s device by default. Image recognition in the Apple app runs locally on the device. Images used for recognition are not uploaded to a WA Chem developer server.
Optional iCloud sync
Users may choose to sync local assets and WA-DD connection information through their own Apple iCloud account. This service is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The WA Chem developer cannot use this feature to view content in a user’s iCloud account.
Optional WA-DD connections
Users may enter a server address and account information to connect to a WA-DD server of their choice. When enabled, the app communicates directly with that server and exchanges login requests, projects, assets, and molecular structure data to perform user-requested read or write operations. Passwords are not received or stored by the WA Chem developer. Authentication credentials returned by the server are stored in the system keychain on the user’s device. Data handled by a connected server is also subject to that server operator’s privacy and security practices.
Analytics, advertising, and third-party SDKs
The Apple app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking SDKs. It does not access advertising identifiers or create behavioral profiles. Apple may process App Store, device diagnostics, or iCloud service data under Apple’s own policies; Apple is responsible for that processing.
Data controls and deletion
Users can remove WA-DD connections in the app and delete local documents and assets. Uninstalling the app removes data in its local container. Files synced to iCloud can be managed and deleted through iCloud Drive or Apple Account settings. Data stored on a WA-DD server should be managed through that server.
Children’s privacy
WA Chem is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change materially, this page and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated with a new effective date.
